What mediation is
Often, conflict situations are decided by a third party. There are winners and losers, loss of power and control
Mediation differs greatly from this.
Mediation is a structured process.
Mediation proves itself wherever collaboration is to be continued.
It is forward-looking.
The participant can leave dark times behind.
Participation in mediation is voluntary.
A subject-specific, neutral mediator promotes communication between the parties using recognized methods.
The aim is to enable the parties to resolve their conflict in self-responsibility.
The prerequisites for participants are, among other things:
- Openness
- The willingness to engage in mediation &
- The active will to work out a solution common to all.
